Basic Cleaning*:
- Trash disposal with trash bag liner replacement.
- Carpets vacuumed and spot cleaned.
- General restroom cleaning and disinfection.
- General dusting and proper arranging of furniture and knick-knacks.
Full Detail Cleaning*:
- Trash disposal with trash bag liner replacement
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed and spot cleaned.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped.
- All furniture, lamps and knick-knacks dusted and properly arranged.
- Sink basins, countertops and toilets disinfected, cleaned and polished.
- Exam tables wiped down and disinfected.(medical offices)
- Mirrors, picture glass, and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined.
- Paper and soap dispensers refilled.(medical offices)
- Microwaves and coffee machines wiped clean.
Property Management Package*:
- Doors and frames spot cleaned.
- Shower and glass doors cleaned and disinfected
- Window sills dusted and baseboards wiped.
- Air condition vents dusted and wiped clean.
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected.
- Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected.
- Interior and exterior of bathroom cabinets wiped.
- Bathroom mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined.
- Bathroom floors washed and disinfected
- Ceiling fans and lampshades dusted.
- Cobwebs removed
- Closets and pantries dusted.
- All carpeting vacuumed and steam cleaned.
- Kitchen sinks and countertops cleaned and disinfected
- Top and front of kitchen range cleaned and polished.
- Range hood and fronts of other appliances cleaned and polished.
- Microwave wiped out.
- Interior and exterior of kitchen cabinets cleaned.
- All floors vacuumed and mopped.
- General dusting of any and all shelves, picture frames, fireplace exteriors and knick-knack areas.
- Washers and dryers wiped.
- Garage floor swept and mopped.
- Patios and walkways swept and washed down.
